Refund Policy

Digital Products

B-Line Audio sells digital software products. Once a product has been purchased and downloaded, it is normally non-refundable.

When a Refund May Be Given

Refunds are not automatic.

A refund may be offered if:

  • The product is faulty

  • The product does not work as reasonably expected

  • The problem cannot be fixed after reasonable support and troubleshooting

Before offering a refund, we will always try to help you get the product working properly. Many issues are caused by installation problems, system setup, or user error.

Support Comes First

If you have any problems, please contact us before asking for a refund.

We may ask for:

  • Your operating system and DAW

  • Plugin format (VST3, AU, etc.)

  • Error messages or screenshots

  • Confirmation that the installation steps were followed

Our aim is to fix the issue wherever possible.

Refunds We Do Not Offer

Refunds will not usually be given for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of technical knowledge

  • Unsupported systems or software

  • Problems caused by third-party software or updates

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Your system details

All requests are looked at individually.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on Lemon Squeezy and your payment provider.

Your Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under UK consumer law.
